You must be very familiar with this brand name Toshiba Portege. Portege has been useb by Toshiba for its high end laptops beside Tecra and Satellite.
But Toshiba Portege G500 and G900 is not a laptop, it's unfortunately is a smartphone that will be expected to enter the marketplace in 2nd quarter or 3rd quarter this year.
Toshiba Portege G500 is a vertical slider smartphone with Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system with EDGE, 3G, HSDPA and WiFi data support plus local Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
While Toshiba Portégé G900, is a step up from Portege G500, with qwerty keyboard, 3 inches display, also a sliding cellular phone. Unlike the Toshiba Portege G500, G600 uses Windows Media 6.0 as its operating system.
